After the exact measurements have been decided, you can trace them onto the fabric of your choice. With a straight edge, mark the shape out while your fabric is folded over to save time.
If you wish the large cushion to have sides, determine the circumference of your pillow and mark out a long strip on a separate piece of your fabric. Otherwise, the two first pieces can simply be sewn to one another.
Next, cut the fabric out carefully to stop any mistakes. If you wish your pillow to have sides, pin the stripped shape to the bottom piece and sew them to one another slowly. Then, change to the top piece and do the very same. On the top piece, though, leave a large sized portion open for the pillow's stuffing.
Otherwise, sew the two pieces of fabric together, still leaving a space open. Put the stuffing in it through the gap you left. Fill your pillow up to its desired consistency and sew close the gap.
